By accessing or using Virv AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

Virv AI provides tools for working with structured and unstructured data. These tools included but are not limited to connecting to and manipulating databases, data visualisaiton, chat groups, document hosting, dashboarding, textual synthesis and creating narrative, experimentation, data culture development, AI integration, and insights communication tools. The Service may be updated, modified, or enhanced over time.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Virv AI uses probabalistic models including large language models for functions including a conversational user interface, communicating and synthesising results, and creating narrative. By using the Service, you agree that Virv AI is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results generated by the Service, and that all results must be verified by the user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
